As part of representing property owners, we have our own studio and design office that provides complete services from visualization proposals and design activities to engineering and dealings with authorities, as well as obtaining the necessary permits from relevant authorities. 

Our services also include the creation of effective sales web portals. 

We utilize modern technologies, including drones and specialized equipment, which are applied in both development projects and demanding contracts in the healthcare and defense industries.


We specialize in the design and coordination of individual professions, with an emphasis on the requirements of the Fire Rescue Service. We ensure complete design and engineering activities, including the preparation and discussion of documentation with the Fire Rescue Service in the areas of fire protection systems, emergency systems, security systems, and technical equipment.

Our services also include the design of construction and technical professions – electrical installations, sanitary engineering, heating, ventilation, and cooling. Additionally, we perform geometric measurements of land and buildings and ensure their legalization in the Land Registry. With a comprehensive approach, we offer investors and property owners full support from design to final approval and project implementation.
