Ing. Jakub Veselý

Graduate of the University of Economics and Management in Prague and the Polytechnic University. Successfully completed an international year of study at FC Barca University. Throughout his career, he has gained a wealth of international experience through work activities in Toronto, London, St. Petersburg, and Kuala Lumpur. He has served as a consultant on various projects both in the Czech Republic and abroad, in both the public and private sectors, including collaboration with ministries (Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Industry and Trade).
In his career, he has also held positions in the management of a brokerage company operating in the American market, where he was responsible for internal processes and legislation. Since 2014, he has been involved with various companies, expert committees, and working groups.
He was nominated by the Mayor of Prague to the commission and jury of the international architectural competition "Project of the Century" for the Vltava Philharmonic. In 2019, he was appointed by the Council of the Capital City of Prague to the supervisory board of the Municipal House, Inc.
Vít Bareš

Vít, as the main leader of the design office, along with designers Robin Hasník and Kryštof Humplík, ensures visualizations, passports, and design activities within the subsidiary company FIMADA Services.
As a co-founder of the visualization studio Capturess, specialized in real estate, Vít brings a deep understanding of current trends in visualizations and their key role in marketing and presenting development projects – both for end clients and investors.
Vít has extensive experience in both marketing and business management. He is a strong leader and strategic visionary capable of leading projects with an emphasis on innovation, efficiency, and long-term value for clients.
Our work connects architecture, video production, CGI, VR, and other modern technologies, allowing us to offer a unique perspective on each project and support its success from the initial idea to final realization.

Aleš Jírec is a graduate of the University of Economics in Prague, where he specialized in foreign trade. With over 30 years of experience in managerial and consulting roles, he serves as a partner, interim manager, and executive in several companies. He is the leading partner of FIMADA GROUP, Cornerstone Prague, and other firms.
In his role as partner at FIMADA GROUP, he brings extensive expertise and practical experience. In the field of management and consulting, particularly in human resources, he focuses on the search for top executives, talent acquisition, and their development. He has helped numerous global companies achieve success and improve their management processes.
