cz-Technical Assessment of the Office Building at Senovážné Square, Prague 1

Our company conducted a technical assessment of the administrative building located in Senovážné náměstí in Prague 1, which is owned by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MŠMT).

The goal of the project was to evaluate the current technical condition of the building and to produce a detailed technical report for its manager. The assessment also included a recommended plan for repairs and investments that will help optimize future maintenance and management of the building.

Such a technical assessment provides the owner or manager with a clear overview of the actual condition of the property and the necessary information for planning its further operation.
