In recent months, FIMADA GROUP has experienced significant growth. In response, we are further strengthening our team and expanding our range of services. Our goal is to better respond to client needs and connect individual areas to ensure our work is as effective and high-quality as possible.

We have newly integrated visualizations using drones, building passporting, project preparation, engineering, and financial assessments of projects. At the same time, we have strengthened our capacity for expert consultations and administrative support.

🔹 Visualizations, sales websites, and drones – this area will be led by Vít Bareš, who will ensure modern and innovative processing of visualizations, including sales websites for development projects.
🔹 Building passporting – responsibility is taken by Kryštof Humplík, who will ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping of buildings.
🔹 Project section – coordination has been taken over by Robin Hasník, who will ensure smooth progress of design work.
🔹 Engineering, negotiations with authorities, and financial assessments of investment intentions – this key agenda is led by Jakub Veselý together with Štěpán Soukup, who are experienced in communicating with institutions, negotiating terms, and evaluating projects economically.
🔹 Expert consultations in the field of cultural monuments – provided by Jaroslav Bezouška, who brings valuable experience and specialization in this specific area to the team.
🔹 Company secretariat – comprehensive administrative and organizational support is ensured by Ester Žemberová, who connects the individual components of the team and ensures the smooth operation of the company.
